What does my rental include?

Each rental includes delivery, set up and take down of signs.

How far in advance should I order my signs?

We recommend ordering signs when you know of the date you need. This will ensure that you receive the signs and date you need. Signs are booked on a first come, first serve basis. A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) before sign is needed is required for booking.

Does someone need to be home when my signs are delivered?

No, there does not need to be someone home when signs are delivered or picked up. If you have special instructions on where to place signs, please let us know when placing order.

When do you deliver signs?

When do I pay for the rental?

Payments must be received before the rental period.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund will be issued if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.

If severe weather conditions prevent us from setting up signs, a full refund will be issued.

You will not receive a refund if:

You give less than 24 hours notice to cancel signs.

The wrong address was given and we are unable to contact homeowner/purchaser for correct address.

Homeowner stopped us from setting up the signs.

There is an animal in yard that prevents us from setting up signs.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 10 mile radius of downtown Huntsville. Anything further is an additional $20 delivery fee. We only deliver in Madison County.

Can I request a specific sign to be made?

Specific signs can be requested if there is enough notice. At least a minimum of 30 days notice, but we also reserve the right to decide if a sign can be made and delivered in time.

Can I mow my yard while signs are in yard?

Please refrain from mowing yard, but if you must do not mow or edge near signs. Homeowner is liable for any damage to signs.
